My name is Nguyen Thi Nga, a loyal client of K体育 for more than ten years now. I write this letter to express my appreciation of the excellent service you have provided to me and my family so far, especially to some members of your staff at the hospital.
The first person I would like to mention is Dr. Natali Delphine of the Pneumology Faculty. She is the best doctor I ever met, with ceaseless efforts and dedications to the patients. She has the unique way of explanation to patients with no pressure, while still extremely persuasive and easy to understand.
The second person is Ms. Phan Thi Thu Hang, the translator. She has done very good job, translating precisely and clearly, and be a very nice and dedicative lady.
Last but not least, Ms. Do Kim Khanh of Reception Team. It takes her a lot of patient and caring answering to our endless questions every time we get to the Hospital, and her help is always efficient.
Those people have been making very good reputation and image of the Hospital to patients like us, and we do hope and suggest that the Hospital will find a way to give them good commendations and awards to encourage them more, so as to help more patients and continue to make the K体育 a trusted address for patients.

When my wife, Jan Summers, suffered a stroke as we were just beginning our tour of Southeast Asia, she was hospitalized for a week in K体育 at your hospital.
We want to thank the doctors and nurses who participated in her care and treatment. Special thanks go to Dr. Brosset and Dr. Francois, both excellent physicians. Everyone was every professional, kind, and we feel that she received outstanding care.
Having now returned to the United States, her condition is improving, and we know that the good care that she received immediately after her stroke was an important factor in her current condition and recovery.
